Lessons for intentional living:

• When you have a no-limits mindset, you’re more resilient when things are hard and more willing to take action because, by default, you believe that success is possible. “If you believe it, truly believe it, not in your head but in your heart, you can accomplish it.”
• You can nurture this kind of mindset as an adult, but one of the most powerful things that can happen in life is being raised with no limits. When you can embody that and role model it for your kids, they get to start life with a huge advantage.
• Culture matters. Just about every business leader agrees. But at the end of the day, you have to make sure that the culture is really aligned with who you are, because if it’s not who you are, it won’t transcend your organization. “The culture will not propagate if you don’t live it. So, it can’t be something that you put on a piece of paper.  It can’t be something you throw on your website. It has to actually be something that you truly live.”
