This week, Sean Sweeney joins me on the podcast. Sean is a real estate developer based in Minneapolis. After 13 years in the industry, Sean launched his own development firm in 2017 and developed several award-winning multifamily projects. In late 2023, Sean started The Bright Build community which connects aspiring developers with the resources they need to get started. Sean shares his mental health journey in overcoming loss, grief, and unresolved trauma and the critical role of therapy in personal and professional growth.
